Vernita Whitaker Naylor is a Bay Area, California native with a passion for storytelling in various forms. She sees it as a way to create and educate people on living their lives to the fullest. These stories are told through various mediums: 

• Voice Over Artist (animation, audiobooks, radio, narration, and TV commercials);

• Actress (television, commercial, and print);

• Speaking;

• Advocacy; and 

• Published Author 

 

This journey began as a child when she would watch cartoons and listen to music and the radio. She always wondered who the people behind the characters and voices were. Fast-forward, she became a part of the music and entertainment industry and, for over a decade, has enlightened, engaged, encouraged, empowered, and provided quality talent to the masses within the industry throughout the U.S. and abroad. 

 

To jump-start her latest passion for acting, Vernita was determined to make a difference in how the industry books and sees mature talent who still has a lot to offer. So, she honed her skills by working with elite acting coaches, actors, and casting directors while attending acting schools and studios throughout the U.S. 

 

In her spare time, she shares her voice through volunteering and giving back via:

• Mobile Food Pantry Giveaway and Drive

• Advocating for Seniors and Small Diverse Businesses
